1.Q: When will Newmet factory be closed for vacation?

A: Our factory will be closed for 7 days.

2. Q: Is there any customer service during the holiday?

A: Yes, of course. While we will do our best to support you, please understand that delays may occur.  if you have urgent matters, you can send email to us, we will get back to you as soon as possible.

3. Q: Will my order submission be affected during the holiday?

A: Yes, order processing times may be extended during the holiday season. Once we resume work, we will do our best to process your order.
