How to Maintain WPC Decking

Is WPC Decking Maintenance-free?

No. Though WPC decks need only minimal upkeep, but they still need to be cleaned and maintained on a regular basis. Monthly maintenance is required to keep your WPC Decking in good condition and last longer.

Let's check how to clean it in different circumstances as following:

1.Dirt and Debris

To eliminate the dirt and debris on the surfaces of WPC decking, spray the affected area with a hose of water. For the purpose of cleaning dirt and debris from the embossing pattern of decks, pls use warm, soapy water and a soft bristle brush.

2.Oil and Food Spills

Any oil or food spills should be cleaned up right away. Spills on te embossing design of WPC decking should be cleaned up with a hose, warm, soapy water, and a soft bristle brush. If it is still hard to clean up, it will be better to use stainless steel scrubber with WPC special cleaner to clean it.

3.Ice and Snow

To clear snow and ice from WPC Decking, use a plastic shovel. For the purpose of melting snow and ice off the surface of decking, use calcuium chloride and rock salt.
